Scope of our services
AARCHI Projects is a construction project management and consultancy practice. We are not a building company and we do not carry out building work. Construction is performed by registered building practitioners and licensed trades engaged for your project.
Building permits are issued by registered building surveyors and planning permits by the responsible council. We prepare, lodge and manage applications on your behalf; we do not issue approvals and we cannot guarantee that any application will be approved, or approved within a particular timeframe.
Quotes and estimates
Indicative figures, timeframes or ranges mentioned on this site are general guidance only. A binding scope and fee is provided only in a written engagement signed by both parties.
