How AARCHI Projects Pty Ltd collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Last updated: 2026

AARCHI PROJECTS PTY LTD (ABN 48 700 442 173) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:

Your name, email address and phone number
The project address or suburb, and details you choose to tell us about your project
Correspondence between us
Basic, non-identifying technical information when you visit this website

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote
To deliver project management, consultation or permit services you engage us for
To liaise, with your authority, with councils, building surveyors, consultants and contractors on your project
To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

Where it is necessary to deliver your project, we share relevant details with the consultants and authorities involved — for example your building surveyor, engineer, energy rater or local council. We share only what those parties need.

Our website enquiry forms are delivered through Formspree, a third-party form service, and our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Both process data on our behalf.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.

Access and correction

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email aarchiprojects@gmail.com.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at aarchiprojects@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
