An independent project manager, working for you
AARCHI Projects Pty Ltd is a Victorian construction project management practice based in Tarneit, serving Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Why we exist
Most building problems are not building problems
They are coordination problems. A report that was never ordered. Drawings that no longer match the engineering. A request from council sitting unanswered for three weeks. A variation approved by someone who did not know what it should have cost.
None of those are failures of bricklaying. They are failures of someone holding the whole picture — and on most residential projects, nobody is paid to do that. The builder is paid to build. The surveyor is paid to assess. The owner is left to join it all up while holding down a job.
That gap is the entire reason this practice exists. We hold the whole picture, and we are paid by you to do it.

You know our fee before we start. It does not rise because your build did.

The practice
Led by Ansh Bagga
AARCHI Projects is directed by Ansh Bagga, who oversees every engagement personally. You will not be handed to an account manager — the person you meet is the person managing your project.
We deliberately take on a limited number of projects at a time. It is the only honest way to promise that someone is genuinely watching your file each week.
A note on scope. We are a project management and consultancy practice, not a building company.
Construction is carried out by registered building practitioners and licensed trades that we engage and manage on
your behalf. Building permits are issued by registered building surveyors, and planning permits by your council —
we prepare, lodge and manage those applications for you.
